Once I was meeting up with a guy after class to go catch a movie, I met up with him at the agreed upon time and place and he was with a couple of his friends. I went into the bathroom to touch up my makeup and when I returned he and his friends had done a couple of lines of coke.

In my experience kale tends to hold up when cooked. It doesn't really shrink down like spinach.

While I respect that you want to get healthy, 16 pounds in 2 weeks isn't really realistic. 3 pounds in a week is considered a lot for someone who is already at a healthy weight. Focus on being able to having more stamina and not getting winded and your body will naturally settle at the weight that's best for you.

Exactly! It's one thing if I avoid the pool because I don't like how I look in a swimsuit. Kinda sucks, but ultimately no big deal. I also hate going to the doctor because of the pediatrition who told me I had to lose weight if I ever wanted anyone to love me. That's a pretty big deal. Avoiding checkups is dangerous!

I'm 5' 4" and my goal weight is 125. But it's flexible, seeing as I'm trying to gain muscle and lower my body fat %
