Lol and thank you. I've tried a ton of new things and ive even started eating a ton healthier. Being 6 ft 5 though I don't look majorly overweight... It's mainly when I take my top off and my beer gut pops out lol I'm going to get rid of this. on insanity day 3 now and eating a lot better.

And I'm not even looking to build muscle :P I'm looking to become lean which insanity is more based around weight loss and apparently gets you lean just from that. I've been working hardddddd too lol

I've never had a juicer but I did try to make it manually once. crushing it up myself etc I'll have to get one soon as a lot of people have suggested juice. Thanks for the suggestion

Insanity has a ton of cardio and is based around weight loss. I'm not trying to gain muscle as I don't really need it. I'm happy with what insanity will apparently do to me after I've worked at it.

Yes he said that I'm allergic to most stuff as I told him how I come out in rashes when eating certain bits. I have actually tried a lot but cant seem to keep it down etc some things though like carrots I love I'm trying a lot more now though as theres a few things I havent tried as of yet.

Insanity Asylum is the one for building muscles. I'm a student studying an IT Technicians Course at the moment. Been trying to learn C# on the side but its hard trying to squeeze everything in since my college is a 2 hour journey away from my home. Just finished insanity day 2 also. I still had 10 minutes of the workout left but I could not physically push anymore. Managed to complete 40 minutes though which Im proud of. Can't wait for day 3!

My family including my mom are a lot more healthy/skinnier than me lol I used to be really really skin to the point where you could see the bones in my face but I just started eating take out etc When I was really skinny I was eating processed food etc and still didnt eat veg :P I eat more veg now than I did back then.

Great thanks for that :) Will definitely check it out. I'm hoping to get a punch bag again so I can train at home. There isnt an issue of knowing what to do as I already know it Ive also been looking for a cheap gym to train at. Probably wont feel the same as my old gym though
