I am actually overweight. And I don't think my HRM shows that I burned more calories due to my size. I go into the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours. And my resting heart rate is perfect. And I weight 370. My routine is 44 minutes on the stair climbing elliptical, 33 minutes on the jogging elliptical, and the rest is weights.…

I started my Weightloss journey in august of this year. I weighed in at 450 pounds. I would like to be 270 by my birthday in july of 2014. Which is around 16-18 pounds a month.
