My husband thunk I'm a bit obsessed. I talk about weight constantly. I had to stop weighing myself everyday. The last few I've been a bit lazy and I know I have to stay on track and stay focused. sometimes it a bit hard. As long as I have myfitnesspal friends I can do it.

I hear you. My goal is about 60-70 pounds. I'm 220 now, would love to be 215 pounds by April 1st, June 11th 200 pounds. By my cruise in Sept I would like to be 150-160 but realisticly I would like to around 180-190. if we all work together and motivate each other, we will mkae it through :D

Every time I watch Biggest Loser it motivates me to get in shape. If this people that 400-600 can lose I know I c an.
