  • Same problem here and with the veggies I eat.......gas issues. Luckily my body must care enough not to humiliate me, because it only seems to happen at home...lol. It's totally normal..I go days now without going.........never thought I'd worry so much about being "regular!" lolol
  • Wow, so young and already counting calories. :( Sorry about your injury. I really don't have any advice, but I hope it all works out for you. ((hugs))
  • Me too. My daughter has been very inconsistent with her naps and we hold odd hours, because my husband works until 1230...so we all go to bed later than normal so that we can spend time together. Some nights she goes to bed 11-12....I work out then..some days I don't start until 12:15am. I ALSO eat afterward on many nights…
  • 4'11" and 108lbs.......maybe 105lbs...we'll see
  • Well...I just did JIllian Michael's 6 week 6 pack video, both levels 1 & 2 and then went and did Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio video...burned 676 calories!! I'm feeling proud! Now I have to go jump in the shower and go to class. I usually work out at night though after my daughter goes to bed, but she's taking a long…
  • LMAO...loved this answer!
  • I have all of his Inside Out Method videos and they're all great workouts! THe Yoga one is so relaxing but has some difficult moves. I don't do yoga much so I can't really compare it to anything. The Pure Burn Super Strength is intense. This man LOVES squats!! The Body Rev Cardio Conditioning is great also and I do it…
  • I just bought the 6 week 6 pack video. In fact, it just arrived in the mail today. I just did the whole video levels 1 & 2....awesome! I burned 485 calories!! It is definitely a good work out. I have several different workouts and this burned the most calories in the shortest amount of time. After the first level, I had…
  • I bought the woman's version of the Polar FT7 and mine is also black and gold...so they're not all pink.
  • I have an IUD and I do have terrible cramps sometimes. What's worse is sometimes I have major pain around my c-section incision scar....I was worried about a hernia, but there is no lump or anything so I think it was just sore muscles...I hope.
  • It is a shocker, but I LOVE bread. I just avoid other foods with sodium. In fact, I changed my sodium level to 1500 and barely go over except occasionally. Any time you eat out whether it's bread or not, there will be astronomical amounts of sodium.
  • Tell her that there in NOTHING unhealthy about working out! Especially if you're eating back your exercise calories. Hell...some days I do a second workout just so that I can eat more!! :p Also, maybe just face the fact that older generations would be quicker to believe that going outside with wet hair will give you the…
  • I also have a toddler who used to take scheduled nap times and I worked out every day at those times. Now, her naps are all over the place and always seem to come right after I"ve eaten :( So, now I work out at night after she's gone to bed which is pretty late. We hold odd hours over here, so here I end up working out…
  • Did you have a baby? J/K....my daughter was 6lbs 9oz.....I just thought it was funny! Probably some was water weight..either way, good job!
  • The first time I saw the commercial, I thought it was a SNL episode or something...so ridiculous. I read an article though about it and they said it wasn't very effective. I definitely don't see how it could be helpful for men since clearly THOSE muscles would already be well developed.
  • When we make tuna salad, we just add onions and Dijonnaise...YUM! Yeah, Subway's tuna is one of their highest cal sandwiches along with the meatball sub....that is NOT worth it. I like to get the oven roasted chicken on 9 grain wheat with no cheese and the fat free sweet onion sauce, lettuce and tomato....I think it's only…
  • I drink 2 cups of coffee each morning with each getting 1 creamer. That's 60 calories. I immensely enjoy my morning coffee and I'm not going to give it up. I would like to move to 1/2 creamer per cup...I used to use 2 per cup, but that tastes entirely too sweet to me now, SO...it's possible to adapt and maybe someday I'll…
  • I don't. I work it into my planned calories and eat a healthy portion. The only thing I do deny myself are these stinking peach rings that I see everyWHERE!! They're covered in sugar and SO good. I normally don't have a sweet tooth, but I love these things and of course they're everywhere...gas stations, stores,…
  • I work out alone the majority of the time, because I use my daughter's nap times to work out. The workouts I do (Jillian Michaels) are easy moves, yet difficult and so it doesn't bother me. I don't care about the sweat...I'm working hard. I can understand your hesitation though and as another poster said....don't be afraid…
  • I'm 4'11" and my goal weight is 108lbs. I'm at 112.5 right now and just want to lose a few more.
  • What a b*tch!!! Oatmeal is easy!!!! Why do they suddenly stop serving it??? That's awful. Restaurants should be much more accommodating and have some basic common courtesy. Not to mention minimum requirements directed at nutrition for those who actually care!
  • I can relate all too well. It pisses me off to no end. I work hard at being healthy and it seems like others that have no motivation want you to eat the crap they do to make them feel better about themselves. We went to applebees one day and I decided that I was going to order something from the under 550 calories menu OF…
  • My in-laws have a treadmill and within 2 days, I ran 9 miles.....totalling 2 hours. You can do it. Ignore the naysayers! I don't have a gym membership and with our schedules it's hard to get over there(there being the in-laws house) comfortably, BUT they're away...hehehehehe...so we've been visiting their gym...lol.…
  • We don't do fast food often, but when I do go to Subway, I get the oven roasted chicken on 9-grain wheat, no cheese with lettuce and tomatoes and a little fat free sweet onion sauce. Only around 300 calories, but with high sodium of course...it's hard to avoid in your own home and impossible to avoid while eating out. For…
  • After I had my daughter I was wearing anywhere from an 8-10 at 135-140lbs (I'm 4'11"). I lost 25lbs and now I wear a 2-4. At my height just a few pounds can make a huge difference in either direction.
  • I like to butterfly breasts and put a sauce of some sort on them. Salsa works great. Put them in a glass pyrex, with your preferred seasonings and bake at 350 for 30 minutes...come out juicy and delicious! (edited to fix typos...the cursor on my laptop jumps all over the place while I'm typing)
  • I've been curious about this video, but was concerned that it wouldn't be challenging enough for me. I think I will order and give it a try. I watched a trailer of it and saw some really cool new moves! Worst case scenario...I do both levels back to back!
  • No More Trouble Zones is kind of similar to the 30 Day Shred. While Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is longer, there are no weights involved but it is pretty high intensity at times. I burn a lot more calories doing Banish Fat than I do during No More Trouble Zones. Doing all 3 levels of Shred at once I only burn 70-90 more…
