Awww..I'm sorry you fell. My story is similar, but from high school. I was riding my bike to softball practice (about 4 miles) down a main road that ran in and out of town when I was feeling hot. I took off my coat and had it draped on my arm....well the sleeve went in between the tire and the brake and my bike came to a…

Wow...check out the hottie!!! Congrats!!

Usually daily for lunch with a veggie burger.

I love cabbage soup, but would only worry about eating so much of it for the gas.....yikes!

You can pass those calories this way! I'd be happy to eat them for you!!! lolol My goal is 1050 calories each day plus my exercise calories. I do realize though that at such a low minimum I must eat my exercise calories back. However, I'm only 4'11" and 112lbs so I don't believe that I really need the minimum of 1200…

I eat bread every day and my bread is even 100 calories per slice, but the slices are huge and full of seeds, oats and other yummies! They're 100% whole grain with No HFCS, and packed with fiber. If I'm running low on calories, I just cut one in half and use it as two slices...works great! I haven't given up bread, rice or…

You look great! Wonderful job, but.....is it just me that wasn't sure who was who in some of those pictures? LOL That has to be your sister, but are you two fraternal twins or something?

Well, I only had one c-section, but I was HUGE! I'm really short so it was like she just stuck straight out with no room up under my ribs. Anyway my profile pic is from last summer and my daughter will be 3 this summer. So it is possible to get a flat stomach after c-sections. I know someone who has had 2 and her tummy is…

I read everything I do buy that comes packaged such as bread, cereal etc. I avoid HFCS and hydrogenated oils, MSG etc. I have found a few brands of bread that I really love, but are 100-110 per slice. They're huge, delicious and healthy though and it's no thing to cut one slice in half to make two slices for a sandwich. I…

SOOO delicious and so worth the 184 calories I spent on a big fat slice. I will also have it for breakfast tomorrow morning with my coffee......can't wait!

I'm waiting for my to finish too. I had to improvise because my white flour had been taken over by those blasted pantry bugs. I even had it in a hard plastic container. My whole wheat pastry flour is on my counter and untouched, so I had to use just that and I also used skim milk instead and since I read that whole wheat…

Ok....thanks for the clarification. I sometimes worry that I don't get to use big weight machines and whatnot for my legs, but that's why I do all my workout videos. Thanks again.
-
Well, most of my workout videos are at least 45 minutes long, but they are more like interval training not constant cardio. And my heart rate is changing from circuit to circuit/move to move.
-
What specific type of cardio are you talking about? I do cardio, but it has plyometrics and resistance training. Are you saying just running? I do several of Jillian Michael's workouts and also Bob Harper's Inside Out Method. I also do Hip Hop Abs which I know is purely cardio, but I do those when I'm feeling lazy and just…

Agree with this! Sports are great and hopefully when his interest in girls begins it will spark an interest in physical shape.

Tuna Noodle Casserole YUM!

I go over my sugar intake pretty much every single day. MFP gave me a daily goal of 24g....one apple has 17g....I think the levels here are extremely low. I don't even worry about my sugar anymore. I don't eat candy or add sugar to anything and eat a very limited amount of processed foods...so I am not concerned with…

Yikes. I definitely wouldn't eat all that back. I highly doubt you burnt over 1000 calories walking. I did an hour on the treadmill last night with walking for 5 minutes (at 4.5mph and 3 incline) and then sprinting for 2 minutes (8mph/3incline)...over and over for the entire hour. The treadmill said I burnt almost 1000…

I say buy whole foods and cook from scratch as much as possible so that you can better monitor your caloric intake. Good luck and lucky you....living in Venice! What a beautiful city!

I'm another fan of green tea....really helps with the munchies!

Love this!

Things such as oatmeal, pasta, rice...all meant to be measured dry.

What's ana? Why do you want your bones to stick out? Yuck...and spider legs...that just sounds awful.

Way to go! It was just a birthday over here and we blew our diet the past few days and I do feel like crap! I am really getting my water in today trying to flush my body of the ickies that I ate these past few days. It amazing how different you can feel based solely on what you eat.

I honestly don't think it's very high considering the size, but the sodium is probably through the roof!! Here I found this: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-vietnamese-soups-pho-tai-rare-beef-noodle-soup_f-ZmlkPTEwNzg5NA.html

I buy boxes of creamer in the single servings and only use one per cup. It took some time, but I'm used to it now and I count them in with my breakfast along with my daily vitamins.....sucks because that's 135 right there.

I don't know, but I imagine flushing with cool water will definitely help. Once as a kid, I rubbed my eye after touching the crushed red pepper shaker at a pizza place...BIG MISTAKE!! I flushed it with water and it went away pretty quickly.

It won't make you put on weight. You will just have a smaller deficit which works out better for some people. If your goal is only to lose 18lbs, then 2lbs a week is too high.
