  • I just checked out that site and it said I should have 31 inch hips....lol. I'd have nasitol if my hips were that small. Everything else was on target except that it said I should have 37 inch chest....sounds like Barbie doll measurements.
  • You look amazing! Wonderful job!!! And your son sounds so sweet!! What a great example you are setting for him! Congratulations!! BTW: Your arms do look massive!!! like Popeye!! Oh and you totally rock the bald head...my brothers and father all shave their heads now...all or nothing...right?? lol
  • Oh dear lord.............I'm so sure that you didn't make a fool of yourself over possible chin skin! Don't be ridiculous! I can remember to grade school a few people that had 2nd chins regardless of weight status. For some it's just a feature, certainly nothing to be ashamed of...I'm sure you're beautiful!!! Just give…
  • I burn 360 calories doing that workout. I'm 115lbs. My husband is 230 and he burns about 700 doing it and he half *kitten* it at times. So you very well may have burnt what it says! I love that workout! It's actually 54 minutes though including warm up and cool down.
  • LMAO!!! lol This post is so funny!~

  • Muscle does NOT weigh more than fat. Like pp said "A pound is a pound is a pound" Muscle is more dense therefore takes up less space, but it doesn't weigh more per pound....that's silly. And comparing calories in chocolate and carrots is completely ridiculous and irrelevant.
  • http://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy Try this website
  • I use 1 tablespoon of French Vanilla creamer...35 calories. I used to use 2 splendas also, but ran out and just haven't gotten more. It did taste so much better with sweetener. I am getting used to the taste without it, but it's just not the same. I will have to look into Truvia.
  • AGAIN PEOPLE... I was not inquiring about it FOR WEIGHT LOSS! GOOD GRIEF. There seems to be problems with comprehension for some people here. I just wanted some info on it.
  • I LOVE ranch dressing and allow myself to have it every once in a while as a treat. Light ranches can still be good, but fat free....(gag me with a spoon!). Normally, I use Fat Free Italian which is 15 calories per 2 T. The sodium content is so high though that I have gotten used to only using 1 T even on a very large…
  • Well, I don't know if my body is happy here, but I'm not. I want a six pack and as hard as I bust my butt exercising...nothing will stop me from getting it. I'm already starting to see some cuts...but there's still some fat covering up these muscles.....I want to see them! I'm not trying to go anorexic...I only want to…
  • I normally work out at least 6 days a week. As stated in my original post, I didn't work out this past week, because I am sick. With intense working out 1-2.5 hours almost daily, eating between 1200-1300 calories daily (eating my exercise calories)....I lost nothing. Four days of not quite eating 1200 and I lost half a…
  • Most narrow part of waist and the largest part of hips.
  • Hahaha....those do sound wonderful.........I can see it now. My husband would come home to find me passed out with melted chocolate all over my face and hands....lol
  • I'm right outside of Harrisburg!! A little over an hour away from Philly. Whoever was from Lititz...that's really close to me as I live between Harrisburg and Elizabethtown.
  • I started when my daughter was 1 1/2 yrs old. Someone told me that after 2 years, it becomes a lot harder to get rid of. First, at 1..when it's warm, throw the baby in the stroller (well, don't really throw her...lol) and walk walk walk during nap time. I would walk 5 miles all while my daughter was happily sleeping in her…
  • Hot tea works great for me when I want to snack...it keeps my mouth busy and since it's so hot...it lasts long enough to let the cravings subside...my tea is flavored so I don't add anything to it. A mug or two always gets me through those moments! Good luck!!!!
  • Ahhhh iron......I may be iron deficient. I will make sure that I'm getting enough iron...thanks!
  • I'm only going to weigh myself at most once a week, maybe even biweekly. I also become obsessed with the number going down.
  • That website is awesome!! Thanks....that's my only fast food restaurant that I resort to when I'm starving like Marvin and just can't wait until I get home!
  • Well, you shouldn't exercise when you're sick anyway....your body needs to recover and working out would probably only prolong your illness. (I'm sick too and haven't worked out since last week..waaaa). Every day I swear I will work out then next, but I have a chest cold and can barely breathe doing nothing. You may lose…
  • Until I started counting calories, I never knew how much sodium I actually consumed. Even in things that seem innocent like bread and cereal. I started counting calories on another website before here (this one is much better!) and since then I try to keep my sodium level below 1500 each day. Of course, some days I don't,…
  • This happens to me too. At this point, I ignore naturals sugars as I eat an apple, orange, and banana almost every single day......I just pay attention to items with added sugars.
  • I'm a stay at home mom, so my workouts revolve around my daughter's naps/sleep schedule. I usually work out during her naps, but if we're out and about during the day then I wait until she goes to bed for the night and work out then..........some days I work out both times.
  • I specifically said it wasn't for weight loss help and actually my friends who swear by it lost more a couple ounces when they did it. Please if you don't know what you're talking about, don't give answers...especially condescending ones that aren't helpful and no one wants to hear.
  • Interesting...I usually save my veggies for last as they're my favorite part. Thanks....this definitely helps.
  • Sweetnshy.....I feel your pain (literally). I used to laugh at those stupid "Are you regular" commercials and here I am....uncomfortable because I'm irregular...lol. Tomorrow, I am buying prune juice and no matter how disgusting...I'm going to drink it. I will tell myself that it is chocolate syrup!
  • I suppose you could lose a couple of pounds of stuff that was trapped inside, but other than that...not weight loss help. I just wouldn't mind a fresh start (literally) to help with my constipation and bloat issues.
  • Fasting? Please more information as I know nothing about fasting, but I'm willing to try anything. I do eat very clean and tons of fiber. Also, it seemed that the bloating for today at least started directly after eating a Boca Burger (soy). I have been eating them for a while, but I have been sick with Bronchitis this…
  • I'm a total grazer...I usually keep all my meals around 300 calories so that I may eat several times a day and sometimes I even work out longer just to have the extra exercise calories!
