Disgusting! Greasy burger....YUCK! I don't eat beef and just seeing a burger makes me want to toss my cookies! Yes, people have free will.....what they need though is self discipline.

Also to avoid the sodium intake...you could make your own almond milk. There are recipes all over the net. Mix almonds with water and you can sweeten it with honey.

I buy Almond milk for my daughter...no hormones to make her grow toddler boobs. I think the almond milk is delicious.

Glad I'm not alone! I just went to Turkey Hill to buy milk and I walked around the store looking at all the snack items, but just couldn't get past the numbers....just wasn't worth it. I just don't know what to eat that will satisfy me right now, beside like an entire pizza or something!

HA! I feel the same way! Pregnancy was not fun or easy for me. I'm high risk and couldn't exercise or do much of anything while I was pregnant. I was on bedrest for a while and gained over 55lbs during my pregnancy. I lost it all and am working on a 6 pack now. Everyone keeps saying that I should have another baby, but…

I am a sahm of an almost 3 year old little girl. My workouts revolve around her nap and bed times....lol Add me if you'd like!

I just did Banish Fat Boost Metabolism the other day with my heart monitor. I have been doing this workout on and off for about a year, but just finally got a heart monitor. I said I burned 419 calories during the 54 minutes. I'm 115lbs, but my husband is 230 and he burns about 700 calories when he does....so you may be…

Hello all! I'm new to this thread and also to this site. I just registered on Tuesday I think. Anyway, I love my beer too and never have just one. However, since starting to work out a lot again...I have been good. I have only drank like 6 times this year so far. When I do, I tend to go overboard, so I have been trying to…

I don't buy or keep anything in my house that is cheat worthy...........not that it would matter because my husband would inhale before I even had a chance to eat it anyway. He should be on this site with me. Temptation is a B, so I just try to remove all temptation to keep me straight.

I just bought a heart monitor last week and the MFP was very accurate. MFP calculated my workout at 417 and my HRM read 419. I couldn't believe how accurate it was. That was with one workout (Cardio), but with another workout the MFP was about 50 calories shy of what I actually burned and that was a strength workout.

I eat back my calories, but if I didn't I would be going below 1200 calories. I exercise every day and I would feel tired if I didn't eat enough. I think people forget that their bodies require fuel to function properly.

Yes, I just got a heart monitor and I am very exact in my food diary. I measure everything. Maybe I should do as you said and just list it as maintenance and manually remove 200 calories per day. Thanks for your help!

Hello. When I set up my profile, I put in everything correctly. I work out 6-7 days a week for at least an hour and that I only want to lose .5lb per week and not more than 7lbs total.... it figured for me to eat only 1290 calories a day. That seems very low. I had figured that 1400 would be more reasonable. I am 32 years…

Well 220-32....I88....so I'm right in the vicinity. It's usually only a few minutes during the workouts. It's circuit training, so the heart rate goes up and down continuously but usually between 140-170. I was just concerned. Should this go down the more in shape that I am? I have been working out for a while and have…

Way to go Richard!!!

Hey everyone! Thanks for all the replies! I have added you Diane and I am now even more excited to start the program! I know it will be challenging, but I know I can do it! I will take down all my inches on Monday morning. I only in reality want to lose about 5lbs in total weight. I am 4'11'' and 115lbs. I just want to…

That's awesome! Maybe we can do it together, if you want?? Are you going to follow the diet also? I plan on eating off of the first 2 tiers (as I already do) and just counting calories and trying to eat 5 times a day, but I doubt I'll be able to stick with their meals, because I don't like many dairy products, beef or fish.

I've always been very cold. Ever since I was a kid I would bring a sweater if I knew I was going to the grocery store....it's FREEEEZING in there!! Look at it this way...it just gives you a reason to wear cute hats, gloves and scarves!!! ;)
