Actually for that height and weight you are .3 outside of the healthy range and no where near obese.

Down 2lbs this week! Which is bizarre because I'm targeting .5lbs per week. It took me weeks to lose 2.5lbs and then I lose 2 in less than a week......who knows.

I am doing the cooking, so I'm not worried about it. I'm roasting a chicken, making sweet potato mash and some roasted or steamed vegetables.

Make your own soup......gazpacho is a nice vegan soup and easy to eat.....potato or tomato bisque...you could use a food processor to add veggies to it for more nutrition. ...........sorry, I can't think of much more..........oh oatmeal...you could let the oats soak for a while so they're extra soft. Well, while losing my baby weight, my first goal was 120...then 115, and now it is 108, but that's only 2.5lbs away, so I think my new goal is 105lbs. I want a 6 pack and while my abs are definitely becoming more visible, there's still more fat there clearly. I will go until I get my abs. What's funny is I weighed 118lbs…

I also want to add that when I got pregnant with my daughter, I was 127lbs................when I delivered I was probably like 190lbs maybe more (Leila gave me a sweet tooth...hehehheheh). I am now 111lbs!!! Jillian's workouts got me here along with counting my calories!!! You can do it lady!!

Well, I don't know anything about Chalean extreme, but I must say that 100 calories for 30 minutes is low for a cardio workout! I am 111lbs and I'm 4'11" and I usually burn at least 175 during a half hour. You most likely did burn that...I totally trust my HRM.

I agree about the food scale. For instance, last night I made roasted red potato "fries"....obviously they will not fit into cups and counting would not be an exact measure.
