I weigh myself really sporadically. Sometimes, I can go days without doing it, other days I will do it 2x a day. It all depends on how good/bad I was in a day. When I got stuck this last time what I did was I went raw except for one meal a day; usually breakfast. It made a huge difference and I lost like 3lbs in a weeks time.

I read online that sometimes a craving is a sign that you need water. Try and drink a big ol' glass of water and then after see if you still want it.

Completely agree. It's hard to eat as well as you want when you have to live on a paycheck-to-paycheck basis. Also, judging others based on what they are eating is maybe part of the reason that person is here in the first place. Maybe they don't even know HOW to be healthy. I take a daily multivitamin specially for Vegans and Vitamin D because I have really low Vitamin D. Vitamin D can affect your mood and make you crabby and I have noticed a complete difference when I take it. I am so much more open and cheerful than when I don't take it for a couple days.

I know how you feel about being stuck. I had been stuck for years until recently. It can be a huge bummer, especially when you know you're doing everything right. Don't get discouraged, though! Have you tried talking to your doctor? Maybe there's something you're missing that he can catch.

When I was at my biggest (220s) I was a 38D. Now, at my smallest (150) I'm a 36D. I really wish there was some way to target them because I feel that I look rather lopsided right now, like I look like an ice cream cone. A boob filled ice cream cone.

Watermelons. I have a sick obsession with them and because of where I live (Portland) I can only get my hands on them about 2 months of the year. Come the summer, I could just live on watermelon.

I read before that you don't need to track it because the act of chewing it burns the 5 calories in it so it's pointless. I hope that helps!

You can get organic Vitamin D really cheap at Walgreens. That's what my doctor told me to get. If you get it though, take it with food. It helps your body absorb it.

I've been taking Green Tea pills and I really think they have helped my hunger. I'm not sure if it's a mind over matter type situation or if they are really doing anything but I notice that when I take them with lunch, I tend to want a very small dinner.
