I went for a run today and I had to hold onto my pants cuz they were falling down... annoying but I'll take it!

Burgers have protein, cheese has calcium and protein, bun has fibre, vegetables are good, covering a lot of good food groups here....I dont see what the problem is ... now point me to this cheeseburger group!

I agree with this ^^ to each their own I cut out cheeseburgers and fast food cuz I felt better without them But I still eat chips frequently and other things I like but I also exercise accordingly and eat fruit and vegetables and fit it all in just fine Just because other people lack the willpower to stop themselves from…

I know exaclty how you feel, and I think your mom doesn't understand that you are doing the exact same thing as her but are doing it your own way the way that works for you, and its not planned out like hers is

yeh I think that people forget that now they're exercising more and speeding up their metabolism they require more food becasue their BMR has increased as well...thats why they stall after a certain point

Lol sorry I am not a miracle :wink: I started MFP 100 days ago but had previously lost 22 pds doing a crossfit program and that took me 6 weeks, but I had set my ticker to show that loss too

Yeh just try increasing it a little...try it out for a few weeks and see how it works than go from there...but there seems to be a lot of people who have had success with this so I hope it works for u too!!! Good Luck to you all! :smile:

I had problems eating back my cals when I got a lot of exercise in too but even things like nuts and dipping apples and celery in peanut butter definitely your nuts and seeds fruits have high calorie counts alone avacados are good fats and high in calories ummm hummus and vegetables,

from the sounds of it you're burning too many calories in exercise and therefore should probably make your daily intake a lot higher to make up for it or eat back your exercise cals, or your going to start buring through your muscle

I feel wayyy more energetic and overall happier.... I ran on the treadmill yesterday and usually have to stop at 20 mins and I kept going for another 10mins!

Everyone is different for sure! For you feeling full at 1200 cals means you can maintain that for the rest of your life for me it would mean being hungry and miserable for the rest fo mine lol

I'm not saying this works for everyone and it won't but I see a lot of "I lost 20lbs than nothing threads" and for a lot fo people in that situation which is the same as mine increasing calories worked so thats what I tried this isn't for everyone for sure

I'm not out here to change someone's mind or make them believe my way is the right way I know personally the more positive info I see on a particular topic the more I might be willing to consider it

Yeh this is a lifestyle change and this has nothing to do with how "healthy" or not healthy it would be Aids won't teach you anything at all except how to gain it back twice as fast this is something you need to continue for the rest of your life
