I add Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal to my oatmeal almost every morning. Easy 4-6 more grams out of the way first thing. =) Apples are an excellent source, too. You know what they say "An apple a day..."

I agree, sometimes it's good to mix it up a little. The treadmill is good because it forces your pace to be consistent. I sweat a lot more, but I can achieve the same burn on an elliptical if I add 15 minutes to my workout.

Boil the meat and add it to a vegatable soup.

Walking helps relieve cramping. It doesn't happen right away but about a mile into a two mile walk your muscle lossen up. I always hate when I am on the right track and then BAM, I'm cut. =) Stay positive and resist the food that your bottom half is craving. At least it's less than a week. Best of Luck! Chris

BTW I am doing The Cabbage Soup diet to kick start my weight loss. It's not for everyone but something to look into if you need a jump.

It's hard to gauge or pinpoint weight loss. I always consider 3-4 pounds water weight basing it on my meal intake. Sometimes you ingest more sodium so you're body is just bloated and other times you feel like a million bucks. Just don't worry about 3 pounds here and there.
