I'm really kind of struggling with calories. When I lost my first 10 lbs, I was eating 1,200 calories a day and walking every day. I was not eating my exercise calories. Now it seems that I am constantly hungry at 1,200 calories. Even at maintenance calories, I can always eat more. It's like I just want to binge every day…

What tests did the doctor run you through? I am well aware that he is gonna probably want to do blood work and a CT scan to make sure it is nothing serious. Anything else that the doc did to you? Just curious...

Thanks everyone.. I've always heard that drinking too much caffeine will give you headaches. I wouldn't account for it at all. There really is no way to tell how much you are losing, but just standing there doesn't burn enough to count. That is part of your TDEE calories. No...I do not eat them back. Maybe once a week or so I will eat part of them. I personally feel like it is a waste of time to work out and then eat the calories I burned. If I'm gonna do that, I just won't exercise and eat less calories! Lol.

This is awesome! I started jogging today for the first time, so some on here mentioned C25K, so I downloaded the app and plan on starting Sunday. I'm excited! Your tips are really good, too! Oh, one more thing... Do you all jog in the winter, too? If so, what do you do to stay warm but not get hot while jogging/running? Winters here can get a little harsh (usually in the mid 20s but can get down in the negatives sometime with quite a bit of snow and ice)
