"Detoxes" can have helpful psychological benefits, perhaps to provide a formalized "farewell" to old unhealthy eating habits. They are not useful for any other purpose, are not recommended for weight loss, and are not needed for your body's healthy function. With love, Burt

I've recently learned on MFP that unless you've ever broken into a neighbor's house to steal spaghetti squash, then you're not really addicted, and any terminology suggesting otherwise may be a horrible insult to sufferers of real house-breaking-into-addictions.

Yep. There's quite a few tickets in and a couple of forum threads started. The crack team is on it! They'll have it sorted out sometime and then will let us know somehow. (This is regarding blog entries. I'm not sure about your other issue. But the recent upgrades have caused a lot of cascading problems, it seems,…

"Research published in the journal Flavour found that stronger aromas, such as garlic- and onion-infused fare, lead to smaller bite sizes, and smaller bite sizes are often linked to the sensation of feeling fuller sooner" This makes sense. This has turned into one of the most bizarre "iso new friends" threads in the history of history.

What!? No, quite the contrary. I'm cautioning you to be more judicious in befriending people. But now I'm convinced that you're messing with me.

It's just that, you know, since this is a fitness site, and people sometimes post pictures of themselves in states of undress, there's a not insignificant proportion of members who are looking for people in states of undress, and/or who come here seeking people they wish to get into a state of undress. And since you're…

Most importantly, the weight lost in that time frame doing those things will not be losing fat, but principally dehydration. Being dehydrated will make her look worse, not better. Those things would not work toward the OP's actual goal (looking good), only the stated goal (changing the number on the scale).

I understood from the gymansium that personal training is for each week, or sometimes two times each week. One time for every month it sounds not enough.
