It doesn't matter as much as guys think it does. I'm a bit over 5'7", and I like to wear heels and wedges, so I'm considered taller than the average female. Of course I would prefer a guy taller than me. But personality, body, and face are much more important, and no one is perfect. :D

I think stronglifts is a good program for a beginner. I would suggest doing that first and after you finish, move on to strongcurves, to focus more on the lower body. That's my plan.

I think you are pretty! Also it seems like you aren't wearing makeup. You can definitely rock the no makeup look. Not everyone can pull that off. :) Your face will continue to look even better with weightloss, those cheekbones are gonna pop!
