I started at 280 last March. I am 149 now.

You look stunning! I feel so inspired and wow, my jaw dropped when I saw the difference. Keep up the great work.

I know, people are fickle sometimes. I miss someone who dropped me a few months ago even though we did not know each other. I looked forward to her rants and posts all the time!

This sounds yummy and delish.

Wow, great progress!

Also try the sugar free candies. I have been craving like crazy and I bought some sugar free hard candy jolly ranchers to suck on. 40 calories for I think 4 or 5 pieces. Better than hundreds of calories from binging.

Some people do if they weigh what is considered morbidly obese. You have to take that into consideration when someone weighs what four or five "average" sized people weigh. Not moving at all is probably what got them to that weight. If someone wants to count cleaning and shopping as exercise and that is the only time they…

I think when I am closer to my goal I am linking up mfp to facebook because I will feel more comfortable.

awesome. I am doing this challenge too.

When there is free food in the breakroom at work and the only time you have ever sprinted in your life was to get free cake and sandwiches.

When people act like the gym they pay for like everyone else pays for is their own personal gym to be rude to others or pick on people who do not do things they do not like. Seriously, build your own home gym or stop being so nosy...

Mine is public to my friends. I don't care if my friends see.

I love my gym. there is no way I am going out in this crappy weather. plus they have so many different machines to play with.

I think some people are just lucky. I have lost 100+ pounds. I have saggy skin because I have been obese for so long. I know someone else who lost a lot of weight too, and lucky girl is not having saggy skin issues. I think one has to decide if saggy skin is worse or being obese is worse. I think for me, I will take saggy…

laziness, binge eating, too much fast food, greed, lack of exercise. :(

I think it is natural, but if a mom chooses to have her boob out in public, she should be prepared to deal with people who will stare. People like to stare at things I guess. I am a woman so if I saw it I would just think, oh, baby is hungry, but some people get really freaked out by it.

I wish google existed when I was a teen because I lost so much money on seaweed pills, weight loss patches, and magic books that promised to melt fat or your money back, but with no return address...
-
I don't blame my parents though. Some parents only know how to fix booboos with food.

I was a fat kid. I kind of wish my parent taught me apples over junk food. I would never say anything to anyone's face about their kids, but I sure as hell will never let mine ever feel like I did growing up. kids are super mean to fat kids, at least was my experience...

I guess I have to say skinny because my husband is skinny, but if we get attacked, I think I will have to fight for his life and mine.

Congratulations. You look fabulous.
-
Congratulations! You look so much happier!

way to go!

I love food too! Sometimes, I will drink tons of tea or diet soda. Not the best thing but in the beginning, you do what you gotta do. Also, I try to rationalize and say, tommorow I have a fresh bunch of calories and then I can have so and so snack. Other than that, I chew lots of sf gum. It sucks and it's hard sometimes.…

You look amazing. Keep up the great work.

I agree that weight loss is a mental thing too. If you set your bar too high then you will fail. I took me 20 different to diets/workout routines before I realized my mind has to be in the right place. You will be fine, it just sounds like you are in a funk. Do you remember the reasons why you wanted to lose weight? Do you…
