  • Hahaha! LOVE AND SECOND THIS!!!! When i gave up coffee for tea, my schedule was all out of wack. This played a huge part in my switching back to coffee. It's nice to know my number 2s will arrive at 8:15 every morning. Expecially when its a community bathroom, and I don't like to go on scheduled break since I'm poo shy.
  • I love my coffee as well. With one tbsp of sugar free liquid creamer. I drink it everyday, twice a day! For me, though, it lessens any hunger. I drink one cup right after my workout every morning and I'm usually set for about 2 hours. I hear caffeine is a appetite suppressant and assumed that is why it has that effect on…
  • I'm a bit shorter at 5'0" but I wanted to contribute!!! I don't have measurements. I'm very pear shaped and would get discouraged when my hips are twice the size of someone else's my height. I just want to compete against myself! I did put my jean/shirt size in, though, to give everyone an idea of my shape. As my hubby so…
  • A ton of people will tell you not to go under 1200. Personal expirence: I eat <1000 calories a day. I'm 4'11" and 145lbs. I workout 4x a week, burning at least 250 calories each time. The only reason I'm able to do so is because I pretty much only eat lean meats and veggies (low carb dieter). I eat six small meals a day…
  • I've had one for a little over a year now. I didn't notice any weight gain at all. My personal experience: Pros: No noticeable weight gain Not having to remember to take a pill everyday I could breastfeed with it Hormones have balanced out quite a bit One time fee for five years of birthcontrol Cons: Sometimes, my husband…
  • My mom and I are low carbers as well. My mom started Medi Life. She does 500-700 cal/ >20 carbs/ <75g protein a day under doctor supervision. (I HIGHLY stress the doctor supervision because that is a scary amount of calories. She goes to a medical office 2x a week for tests and shots) She lost 150+ lbs in a year. I started…
  • Eat mostly lean protein and veggies. Protein keeps you full longer. Lean protein doesn't count against your calories as much. Source: Low carb dieter for 8 months. I struggle to get over 1000 net calories a day eating grilled chicken, lean hamburger, eggs, fish, asparagus, and onions and green beans mostly. I end up eating…
