I'm so sorry. I had a miscarriage with my first baby at 23, I have been in your shoes. Grieving a baby you never got the chance to know is so difficult, and to be honest...9 years and two beautiful healthy children later I still grieve that child's death. I also was over weight before and during my pregnancies and am here…

I buy sugar free syrups for my coffee at Walmart. They are splenda sweetened, so it adds sweetness to it, and since it is flavored it eliminates my need for flavored creamer.

I make one meal and we all eat the same thing. My kids are 8 and almost 4, they are fairly healthy eaters...both love fruits and veggies and have only ever eaten wheat bread. There are times that they do not care for something in the meal, but usually they happily demolish whatever we put in front of them and we are hoping…

I tend to have a small breakfast and a small to medium lunch, and save the majority of my calories for dinner. My husband does the same thing, although he normally has fruit or a small snack between meals, but he has a higher calorie goal then I do. This is really just what works for our life, dinner tends to be when we…

Oh Lord! Yes HUGE typo! This is what happens when I type 1 handed with a baby on my lap! They are 181 calories each LOL!:blushing: Sorry!

Four years ago I gave him a baby girl for Valentine's Day...So I am off the hook! Kidding, kidding  ! We recently discovered the tiny bed and breakfast we spent the weekend of our wedding in is still open. We had been told it was closed and were pretty bummed. Obviously, with a certain tiny girl's birthday that day…

Hungry Girl Brownies! This is my new fave! ! 15 oz can of pumpkin and 1 box of devil's food cake mix. Mix and bake in greased muffin tins. they are 1181 calories each. I made them for my husband's family and they did not even know there was pumpkin in them. :)

I do not miss my gall bladder...it was evil! However, when they removed it in 2004 it seems that they also removed my ability to enjoy the 1 decent Chinese restaurant our town has! I did have more sensitivity like you are having at first, but it all went away...except for this. I can eat at the barely edible Chinese Buffet…

I convinced my husband to let me create an account on MFP for him, as a way to be supportive of me. I promised him if he did not like it he could delete it and move on. For 8 days I logged everything he ate, his water, his exercise...by the afternoon of the 9th day he sat down and logged his own lunch and snack. Now, he is…

Could there be something bothering her at school? My son has not had that happen, but last year he had perfect attendance, was fine every morning when he left, but all of the sudden he was going to the office with really bad stomachaches almost every day. After a couple of times of bringing him home and experiencing a…

I grew up with my dad having guns in our house, my husband did also. They taught both of us, as well as my brother and his, safety and proper usage. We have known how to load, unload, fire, and even clean both hand guns and rifles most of our lifes. My husband is a Sheriff's Deputy, and also a member of our county's SWAT…

Exactly what I was thinking. If my kids got fudge in their candy buckets that was not prepackaged it would go straight in the trash. If I were you I would either freeze it so it is not so available, or pass it on to a friend. :flowerforyou:

We took our kids and our neighbor's kids when it first came out. All 5 kids, ages 18 months to 10, loved it (although the tiny guy was not a fan of the 3d glasses). It is way different then the smurfs we are used to but it was a fun movie for them (and us lol)!

We have a boy named Riley Robert, and a girl named Delanie Micah... It took us MONTHS to agree on a boys name for Ry and we never did agree on one for Delanie, so thank goodness she was a girl! If there is a baby #3 I just pray it is a girl so he does not have to go nameless... My pick for #3 Charlotte and call her Charlie…

I do the same thing with the crystal light packets! And while camping this summer I did the same thing with Vodka, water, and Mio!

Done and shared! :)

I am going to try this tonight!

I have never been in the medical field, this is just my experience...I have had mine pierced for 13 years, since I was 19. It is fully healed, I have had it out through at least half of both pregnancies without it closing up, it has never been infected. I did have to take special care of it when it was first done, but since…

I love it with no sugar added applesauce, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a packet of splenda. It tastes like apple crisp! Also sometimes a tablespoon of peanut butter an a few chocolate chips...Chocolate and peanut butter is my weakness so I might as well make it a little healthier!

Exactly what I was going to say! My kids love the Henry Vilas Zoo! We live about an hour and a half away from Madison and go every year. We especially love that you can carry in your own picnic!

Mio has more then tripled my water consumption, I was lucky to get in 2 glasses a day before Mio! I even accidentally gave up diet coke drinking it! I live in a fairly small town, we do not have a Target, but it is available in our grocery stores and Walmart!

Mio is not all natural, it only claims to have natural flavorings ( and less then 2% according to the label). That said, I got a free sample through their Facebook page a few weeks ago and loved it! I thought that the $3.99 was a little expensive when I went to buy the next one, but realized that there are 24 servings…

It is a beautiful day! We took our 2 kids and 2 dogs on a nice long walk! We did stop for ice cream but we all got the child's size. It was so nice to be able to be outside!

I am on my second pair on the Reebok Easy Tones, I love them! I am a waitress and not only do I feel the difference in my muscles, but they really make a big difference in how my legs feel after a night on my feet on cement floors. They feel strange at first but it didn't take my long to get used to them. My mother in law…

My husband worked nights for a while also ( he's a police officer)...It is a hard adjustment to make. But I can tell you from experience it does get easier! Do you have a MP3 player? Maybe listening to that would help. Also, Mrjason is right. Melatonin really does work. I hope tonight goes better for you!

I try to get my treadmill time in while my 3 year old is either napping or watching cartoons upstairs, but she LOVES The 30 Day Shred so she usually does that right along with me. Last week I came home from work to a sweaty Daddy...she had turned it on and made cute faces so he did it with her! Letting her spread her…

I did this 4 years ago. I lost 42 lbs in 6 months, and kept it off after I stopped going, until I got pregnant. The doctor I went to recommended 1,000 calories, but I did not count calories. I chose to concentrate of portion control and healthier choices instead. If I had found MFP then I would have counted calories also,…
