It would help you if you logged everything you ate, your only cheating yourself otherwise. I slipped up yesterday, my first day and have logged it and I feel better for it because they are not invisible calories and they will sabotage things if we keep doing it. Keep going and good luck:smile:

Sorry, I'm not very good at explaining myself. When I'm at work, because it's a physical job the calorie counter gives me over 1600 calories for the day, but when I'm home if I set the goals again it gives me 1200, so do I need to keep going in and changing the goals on my day off or just leave it set at the working day.

Hi, I'm up for it too. Sitting here finishing off some chocs, feeling bloated, tired and sick. I had started on slimfast in November but I need real food. I will start my log in day on Tuesday, my day off work, I find that's the best time for my weigh in. At the moment my my spare tyre has inflated to about twice it's size…

I bought a pedometer and used it for the first time today, wore it to work, clocked up over 12,000 steps and covered just over 5 mile. Then took the dog out this afternoon and clocked in total 24287 steps and 11.4 mile, but I just logged the dog walk as work is what I do anyhow.
