Same here! Did half a marathon two years ago, but will not be able to do 5k today... :( I start again tomorrow - slow and steady. My goal is to do 20 miles in January.

I missed three weeks due to health problems, but back to running! Week 10Day1 was done on Tuesday and Week10Day2 is done today! Feels great to run again! :)

Hi everyone, I am back to this group! I was here a year ago - did my 10k and then trained for a half. Did my half in September, another 10k in late October and closed the season. W9D1 (5k) is done. 36 minutes. That's a lot for me :( Last 5k I did about a year ago was less than 30 min. I actually have a race coming up in couple weeks - will see what the actual time will be. Usually adrenaline kicks in and I do better than regular runs. I'll keep doing my 5k's until the race and then will start…

Happens to me sometimes if I do not feel like running and think "meh, maybe I'll walk in the middle?" But then I usually pick up the pace and just keep going...

W8D3 is done! Was running pretty slowly and only did 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. Will run 5k next time - will see how much time will it take!

Do you do any special exercise for back? I think I might need to strengthen my back/core, but not sure what to do.

W7D2 is done. It's cold here today, so I did it on a treadmill. Much easier than running outside despite settiin small incline. Or maybe I just finally slept in and feel rested!
