Same here (or at least similar). Repeat it for the fourth time in 5 years. I start every spring (~Feb) and run till October. When it get cold and dark I stop it for ~3-4 months and restart next year :)

There is pretty active and established group for c25k: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/30-couch-to-5k-running-program-c25k I did it three times (I tend to run in spring/summer and stop in fall/winter), always worked :) On week 3 now for the upcoming season :)

I move for work every 5-6 years. And when I say move, I mean it. Not with a huge truck, but usually with 2 suitcases of clothes/shoes and 2 cardboard boxes of bedding/kitchen utensils. Last move happened 6 months ago, USA -> Europe. I must admit every move is rejuvenating :)
