You DEFINITELY need a refit. I can't advise a good place to get this done in the US, but here's a helpful guide as to what may need changing: http://www.bravissimo.com/perfectfit/wearing-the-wrong-bra-size/common-bra-problems/#/1

-What- exactly is a basic fact of biology? Incorporating more exercise daily is great if you can (I *think* this is what you are alluding to in a very roundabout way). For instance, I work at a desk. I sometimes take a walk at lunchtime if the weather is nice. Some people can take the stairs instead of the lift, etc.etc.…

This is ludicrous. For instance, how would you advise those of us who work at desks?

Actually, there are theories that splitting cardio (as long as they're not very short workouts) is more beneficial than one long workout in lowering insulin levels and boosting fat metabolism.
-
Agreed. Provided you're not on a Keto diet for specific health reasons, I would advise you adopt a more balanced diet so that you can reap the many benefits of strength training in conjunction with your cardio. You don't want to lose too much muscle, which can be a side effect of overdoing the cardio on too little food.…

Never. My boyfriend has gained and lost weight since I met him, and to be frank, I hadn't even really noticed (although he says he gained 20kg). He's still gorgeous to me.

From what you have said, both of you have things to "lose" by moving. Yes, you have college. He, however, has a job, and leaving a job in this climate is not smart unless you have another one guaranteed to go into. I'm also guessing that you've never lived alone, so it would be a big emotional thing for you to move in with…

I don't think there's anything wrong with a cheat meal or even a cheat day. Most of us got fat because we were making eating unhealthily / to an excess a HABIT, and eating sensibly and healthily a rarity. Doing it the opposite way round, making healthy, measured eating a habit, and a less-restrained day a rarity is how you…

I know this feeling so well. Just keep trying. I sent out nearly 200 applications before I found my current job (through a recruitment agency - do register with one if you can, they can be really useful because of their contacts).

Don't trust anybody, apart from your family (although this doesn't apply to everybody!). Go to career fairs at university and network. Don't spend your time at university getting drunk and doing no work, you will regret it eternally (I did well, but I could have done really well.) Do medicine, not English. When somebody…

You have been given plenty of sound advice. Definitely DON'T provoke him, and prioritize getting somebody to stay with you for a few days / notifying your landlord.

Thank you!!!!

Never trust anyone who doesn't smoke pot or listen to Dylan. Never trust anyone who doesn't like the beach. Never, EVER, EVER trust anyone who says they don't like dogs! You meet someone who doesn't like dogs you alert the authorities IMMEDIATELY and you sure as **** don't MARRY THEM!

When my friend passed calculus, I differentiated a high 5 for him :/

If your knees hurt whilst / after running, do visit a physiotherapist. I cannot run, because I have several knee injuries that mean that when I do run, my right knee is grinding down. I hate it, I'm a real nature freak and live near a park which would be beautiful to run around in :(

I like it plain, as a dip. Or with dill / chives, again as a dip. It's also lovely with some honey :D

I met my Dutch boyfriend through the Internet (I'm British). Fast forward 2.5 years and here I am in Holland - so there can be happy endings! However, I've also met some royal asshats through the internet, so do be careful and take everything they tell you with a pinch of salt to begin with - the internet makes it VERY…

I'm half an inch shy of 5'1. Short term - 138 (it's where I was before screwing things up last year) Long term - 120.

I LOVE them! The rounder the better - and pert is great too :D My boyfriend has the best one, I loooove to grab it

Whilst it's wonderful that you are feeling better, it is NOT medically recommended to just "come off" anti-depressants. Just stopping cold turkey can have VERY dangerous side effects. I would advise you to consult with your doctor rather than just stopping taking them - he/she is the professional and knows best. Good luck…

A friend of mine lives in Finland. She posted an update on Facebook the other day about how she had to keep stopping walking to prevent her eyelashes from freezing together.

Hi! I suffer from social phobia and I love the gym - the trick is to a) make sure you know what you're doing on the machines / where you're going and b) take your music player! Regarding point A. Make sure you go for your gym induction so somebody can show you around the machines. This will probably make you feel awkward…

There's a really excellent book called The Sneaky Chef - recipes with "hidden" veggies! There are some free recipes on the site too: http://www.thesneakychef.com/ It seems she also has a book called Sneaky Fitness - about sneakily getting your child fitter! Good luck!

Isn't pizza technically a vegetable now in the US? *orders domino's*
