  • I actually make my shake with almond milk and protein, shake it up and once I get to work it is mixed good and I drink 1/2 coffee and half shake, warm it up a little in the microwave and it's good to go.

  • I drink protein in my coffee daily, I use vanilla and then to change things up I sometimes use the flavored sugar free syrups that are sold in the coffee aisle. Love them. Pumpkin in the fall, chocolate mint at this time of year. Yum!
