I love the logo- someone will have to tell me how to put it as a signature lol I swam today with the family and friends and haven't been around the computer this weekend so I am just now seeing the new challenge exercises. I am sorry.. I am up for Sunday being the rest day as well.

burned 344 calories doing 29 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Swimming, leisurely, general" and wood chops unfortunately my sodium was through the roof and I just realized it ;-(

Hey ladies, My name is Beverly. And I am under calories but I haven't done the crunches. I want to try them standing up or I would LOVE to know how to do them in the pool. I did swim laps (10 minutes) and treading water for 8 minutes and walked for 15 minutes. I thought I had my diary open to my friends. Have a good night..

Hey team, Sorry about yesterday it was a crazy day. I had to go back to school shopping with the kids and was walking the mall all day and then as soon as we got home my boyfriend wanted us to go to our friends house and relax by the pool. It was a crazy day and I am SO SORRY!!!

Okay I am working on the woodchops still not completed but I did 20 minutes of walking (normal speed) and treading water for 10 minutes and I also swam laps for 10 minutes

I walked a mile today and have done my 50 crunches but sadly was unable to stay under my calorie intake. I had a girls day today that ruined it for me. I now the list and I am gonna do better I promise.

I haven't been on MFP long and kinda got bummed out when my weight has been fluctuating so badly, so congrats on the decision to come back and maybe we can encourage one another! you can NEVER have to many friends!

Congratulations!!! I LOVE seeing before and after pictures, it makes me think that maybe one day I will eventually have my own. Keep up the good work!
