Walking! When I was 335, I went for 3 mile walks, 3x a week. At first I was really really slow and it seemed that everytime I went for a walk it would get easier and easier. Just take your time and don't hurt yourself.

I used to love the arc trainer at the gym. I thought I was burning 700 calories in 45 mins. In turn, I would eat them back. I bought a HRM because I wanted to know exactly what I was burning. The arc trainer says about double what my HRM said. The treadmill seems to be a bit closer to my HRM.

This used to happen to me ALL THE TIME! I had issues every time I ate ANYTHING! The only thing that helped was fiber pills (my surgeon told me to take them). Let me start by saying, I've lost 112 pounds (some before MFP). I have NEVER cut anything out of my diet. I am a sweet-a-holic, but I eat my normal, healthy food and fit a small treat in when the calories allow. I studied abroad in London for 3 months. It was the best experience of my life. I was super scared to go alone, but it all worked out well. Being nervous about flight transfers, money, luggage, etc., just makes you more careful (which is a good thing.) You'll have an amazing time!
