I like to mix the chocolate flavored kind with coffee. The bitterness of the coffee offsets the sweetness of the powder and actually tastes pretty good. Tried it in milk first and it was gross!

Mashed avocado has a really creamy texture and tastes really good, plus it has the added benefit of being a good for you fat. I would recommend that.

I had the negative adjustment setting turned on for a while and ended up turning it off. It was more of a pain. I figure MFP tells me what I should be eating for day and no matter what I'm going to eat at that level. I just allow it to make positive adjustments and have found that that works out much better for me.

I jog in place while washing my hands, getting a glass of water, making my lunch, etc. I look kind of ridiculous, but it really helps the steps add up! I also walk for 15 minutes each day on my afternoon break. I can easily get a couple thousand steps each day doing it.

I started out a 40 D and am now in a 38 C or 36 D depending on the bra. When I was thinner in the past I've been about a 36 C or 34 C, but we'll see what happens. It's been 10+ years and 1 baby since then and it doesn't appear that they will ever be quite what they were before. ;)

It's great to be 100% accurate all the time with your scale, but you also need to learn what appropriate portion sizes are, so that when you are not in your kitchen with your scale you have the ability to determine approximately how much you should eat. I have a Fitbit Zip and wear it during all my exercise. I just always make sure that I check the start time/stop time and then log that into MFP. I have my activity level on MFP set to sedentary, so that when Fitbit syncs the data from the Zip back to MFP I get credit for the steps and the exercise isn't double counted. I…

Not everyone can go by color as many vitamins, nutritional supplements, and medications can alter the color. Take me for instance, I have to take a very high dose of B complex vitamins daily due to a genetic condition. For a couple hours after I take each dose, my pee looks like Mountain Dew, but I am perfectly hydrated.
