Because the people wouldn't know that I was a "coach" so they would say I had to join a beachbody.com before I could be added and I just got sick of it so I decided to create my own.

I don't like to run if it's under 40 lol. My uncle is a big runner he runs like 10 miles everyday and a few weeks ago when that big cold storm came through he went and ran in like -47. I told him he's crazy lol! I'm a wimp to cold!
