Sorry I haven't been around much. I've had a rotten start to the week. We found out that the virus has made its way into my MIL's care home. She is fine, but sadly one of the residents passed away. :cry: I'll get back on it. Things have just been a lot to handle at the moment. :grimace:

I want to stay away from the (upwardly-moving) scale for a while and try to conentrate on getting myself back into proper exercise and eating better. I'll rejoin at a later date when I feel ready. There are no deliveries in one of the supermarkets, but you can get your shopping delivered by the 2nd one, although you need to go in and buy the stuff first then they deliver...which defeats the purpose at the moment.
