Completed. :) Feels good after a rough time yesterday. Did figure out the reason behind my headache, and the fact that Allie was being very mother dog with me yesterday probably should have been a sign that something was up.

I little over halfway done (did the plank for the full time, and then half done with everything else). Made this silly table on my full-length mirror, but keeps track of what I've done/have to do. Managed to get myself sick, so I'm breaking things up more so I don't overdo it in a few goes.

Scrapbooking is definitely something I want to do in the future. I actually might start once I have my own place. I might be picking up a walking partner. We weighed the housemate's dog this evening, and she has become a bit of a pudge. So, since I'm doing 2-3 miles a day around the neighborhood, she might start going out…

This is true. :) Thank you for the motivation. I honestly never thought I'd get this far, but seeing everyone who is still pushing through keeps pushing me as well to complete this challenge. :)

Never. When I was active with a country swing organization at my first college, we had ladies of all weights dancing. Could they do some of the lifts that smaller girls were doing? No, but that didn't stop them. There was a lot of just basic movements that anyone could do (and some floor movements such as floor spins that…

Completed. I'm now really starting to feel lingering from the previous workouts. I'm having to really break up the crunches and situps.

Whoot! Very excited for next month's challenge. :)

For safety purposes, sidewalk where there is one. Thankfully, a good portion of the regular traffic is getting used to me being out in the morning, so they pull their vehicles up farther in their driveways during the night (or early in the morning before I go out) and they slow down when they pass me when I'm running on…

Whoot whoot! Trying to decide whether I want to break out a DVD or brave the weather outside and go for a walk. Weather needs to make its mind up this year. D:

Completed. :) I'm definitely in for the next challenge whatever it might be. :)

Completed today's challenge. I've been doing modifications on the planks as I build up my strength, and today I started alternating between knees and forearms up to full planks. I could feel the burn, but pushing up to a full plank and holding it for even 5-10 seconds at a time before going back to knee-planks. I'm also…

I have well. I focus so much on the counting though that in the end, I realize that I've lost track of everything else. So it's a nice mental quiet time for me.

Everything is getting pushed to the afternoon/evening today since I have to prep for a Skype job interview. I have noticed though that getting through this challenge has been boosting my self-confidence that I can do anything if I set my mind to it. :) And it gives me mental quiet time while I focus on counting.

Completed. That plank. D:

Caught back up. I definitely needed the two lighter days to rest a bit. Everything except the plank s being broken into smaller sets, but powering through.

This is why I'm hoping they don't start selling at HEB. Though if I see them, I will probably buy a box or two for the house. Either Samoas or Tagalongs as those have always been my favorites. I'll support the girls.

I'm pretty out of it today after my walk, so I'm going to do todays stuff tomorrow on my "rest" day and split it out a little to see if I feel better.
-
Thanks everyone. :) If I was to be honest, I never saw myself making it through this challenge, I get about two weeks in, and it starts to take longer, get harder, and I give up. But the fact that I'm able to hold planks longer than I ever have before, I'm doing an area that I dislike doing, and the fabulous group here…

Completed today. And I dropped a pant size. :D So excited.

Completed. Having to break up the situps, crunches, and leg raises into smaller sets. But got them done.
-
Needing today's rest day. Had a short walk this morning, and I'm going to roll out my muscles today.
-
Completed. A good workout. I can feel it, and the sit-ups are getting harder and harder, and the planks.
-
Completed. I've been a bit out of it the past few days, but being able to push myself to complete the daily challenge reminds me that I can do this, even if I'm having to break it up.
-
Had a slow start to today (haven't been sleeping well, and actually got some serious sleep). But completed Day 11. I might swap Days 12 and 13 since I have a Skype interview on Monday.

Hold onto that bag until the party afterwards. A friend and I did Color Me RAD last spring and it was honestly one of the best race experiences I've had (the positivity of the environment was amazing). We saved our color until the end of the run to throw for photos, but others threw it before the race. Our first "color"…

I've attempted a number of versions of C25k and have felt like it was too much too soon for me as I got out of the earlier weeks and would just give up. That being said, a friend recently suggested Zombies, Run! by Six to Start, and through that, I also downloaded and began their own 5K trainer (which syncs up with my…

Completed. I'm having to now break things up so I can complete, but getting it all done feels amazing.
-
I love it. I'm alternating between Zombies Run and their 5k trainer switching back and forth each day (I just finished one week overall). At this point, I'm not playing with the zombie attacks/chases on, but I plan to, once I've played through both seasons, to go back and do it at a run and turn on the chases. I never…

Completed. I have to do it after I do my walk in the morning, otherwise it really kills me. Is the plank 35 or 38 seconds?
-
Definitely a good day to rest. :) Though I also finish the first week of 5k training.
