This morning was a Les mills RPM class for 60 minutes, 15 minutes on the elliptical waiting on my trainer to be finished with a client and then 30 minute weight training session with my trainer. Looking forward to tomorrow. That will be a Bodypump class and C25K run.

I started last March and I was 47. I have currently lost 136 pounds (not all on MFP). I have tried many times before and always gained it back. Not this time! I feel better now than I ever have.

To my chocolate protein powder I mix a teaspoon of instant coffee and two teaspoons of pb2 and mix in a blender. Its great.
