I agree. Sometimes you just have to suck it up and move on and think of your journey ahead! You can do this.

When I started out I just did walking no weights (6 days a week) and lost 48 pounds in 4 months. WALKING is great exercise. You are welome to add me if you like! Good luck on your journey!

My rock bottom was 255.6 and I lost 48 by myself starting June 2013. I am new to MTP and have lost 11 lbs since I started my current weight is 197; age 26 and about 5"8 My starting bra size was 40-42 D after losing 58.6 I am in a 38 B and I still have 47 to loose. Please feel free to add me.
