                You lose water weight; alot of fighters do this. You dont actually lose weight, you just shed unneccasary water weight pounds to beable to make weight, like a fighter would have to. As soon as you drink water again youll gain the weight right back

                Remember your excercise calories u burn play a role here...if u burn calories, u need to eat more, or else you'll continue to lose. U can't just look at calories uve ate..it says u under cuz u prob burned those 1000calories off
