Well it's been a long weekend here in Aus, a combination of that and it's my t.o.m making me want to eat everything and generally equated to eat too much and no exercise. BUT if I look at my weekly averages, it's actually not that bad. Here's hoping it all works out when I weigh in tomorrow morning!

Been having a much better week this week - I wouldn't say awesome, but still much better than last. I've already lost 0.6lbs, so hopefully it'll be more when I weigh myself in a couple of days

I couldn't make it either without snacking. If I don't snack because I'm too busy, I'm out etc. I start to feel nauseous. I don't know if that's normal or not, but I find if I have one or two snacks between meals I feel much better.

Well I actually stayed the same this weeks surprisingly. So while I can't add to our weekly total, I'm certainly not putting us back any either. That's still better than I expected!

I have a feeling that I may have let you all down, I haven't weighed myself yet but I had a terrible week :( Don't fear, I plan to kick some major butt this week though!!!

Is it too late to join? Am in Australia and not good with time zones! I'd love to take part! :)

Haha I do realise that actually! Someone on my FB posted that to freak people out - I tried the same here haha. It didn't work :( Maybe we're all a bit smarter than his FB friends :P

Just to be clear I don't actually believe the Rapture is going to happen, that's just a scary coincidence. If it hits NZ and then me (live in AUS) maybe then I'll be a little scared lol

I've done the same thing, I started on Monday weight myself and then weighed myself again today (4 days later) and I am up by 1.2kilos (or almost 3lbs)! So I'm definitely interested as well to hear the answers.

It would definitely explain why you're not seeing much movement on the scale but your clothes feel looser. Loosing inches but not loosing 'weight' per say :) It's a good thing! Embrace it!

I think a lot of people rely a lot on the whole muscle weighs more than fat myth (I know I've tried to convince myself it's true before!) - a kilo of fat is the same as a kilo of muscle - muscle just takes up less space! :)

Thanks guys!!! :drinker:
