I am asking here only because I know that other people might have the same kind of problem and may have things that have worked for them rather than advice from somebody who has not gone through it

medium or small build weight is 177 goal weight 120 pant size 16 21 years old no children

For those of you asking how I am overweight from eating those calories it is because I used to eat quite a bit more but then I made a lifestyle change.

So since I said I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week the calorie goal is created from that?

I am sometimes under 1400 calories

I could definatley try the peanut butter with a fruit or veggie but I have not drinken any juice or soda for5months and would like to stay away from those

I started losing weight before joining this site so Ive actually lost 32 pounds in a little under 3 months and Im just not sure if It ishealthy to be losing this much a week still. my health mentor tells me to eat more calories but Ihave a hard time doing that.
