I'm 5'2" and was 197 when I delivered my son in 2009! I totally know what you mean by feeling like the blueberry girl!

Congrats! I'm 26 and getting married Oct 20, 2012 :) I am in school and will finally be able to apply for the nursing program in the fall. I feel like I'll never be done! LOL My advice: I already got my wedding dress. The sample I tried on was a 12 and didn't fit in the bust, so I got the 14. Kind of regretting that now.…

I have already begun to flirt with the idea being a 6 :/ IDK though. I want to see how I feel at an 8 because I'm happy already and I'm a 10. I just know that I would like to loose a little more. So maybe at an 8 I will feel like I'm finally done. I play it by ear LOL. I started with a goal of 150 and a size 12, maybe 10…

YES they are. THANK GOD! I was a G and begging for mercy lol. They were huge from breastfeeding (I quit nursing a month before the left pic) and just with diet and exercise they came back down to the DD I was before pregnancy. I am wearing my pre baby bras again, good thing I saved them ;) Breasts contain a lot fat so with…

Thank you so much everyone!!! If it wasn't for these before after pix I would be convinced I haven't changed that much. But when I compare, I get so excited!!!

Aside from my two year old, I'm always the shortest lol. I started March of last year but honestly this could have been done faster. I had rough weeks and plateaus that slowed me down but I'm human lol I can't be perfect all day every day. Every once in awhile I fall off the wagon but I'm sooooo close to my goal! My first…

RUNNING! My best friend ;) my legs have never been this toned, not even in high school. Although I'm still fighting saddle bags, my legs are def one of my fav improved areas!

Thanks :) I'm all of 5'2" lol I'm VERY short. I use 30DS and I started with walking and now I run :)

Your story is so similar to so many, however, you're ready to do something about it and not just complain! That is amazing. I was pretty well overweight, I wouldn't say knocking on deaths door but def needing to drop some weight. Found myself getting winded and harder to move around. That was a year ago. Now I'm training…

Oh thank goodness!!! A trainer who doesn't hate running LOL!!!! You're my new BFF!! ;) I have never been one to stretch but since feeling these aches I have been adding a little bit of stretching after my run. I do almond or soy milk now, is that still not enough calcium? I also take calcium supplements though. I take Fish…

Ohhh no LOL Shred and I have a love affair. When I first started this weight loss journey I started with Shred and walking. Walking progressed to running. That has been my approach the whole time till this semester. I added in my aerobics class and now the half training. But I think taking out Shred will def be my first…

That was going to be my approach :) I was thinking time to boot Shred. Sucks because I love it so much but I will get my cross training on Mon and Wed at school then I think I will do Yoga on Friday for my cross training instead of running :) I agree though, when running properly there should be no injury! I may be doing…
