I have never juiced but I have a few friends that have. They say it's wonderful and after day 2 or so you don't even realize you're not actually eating anymore. I loved that documentary!

It really sucks if they think a 10 is considered plus size, I've always heard 14 as well. I'm currently a 12 and though I can afford to loose more weight....and will.....I by no means feel "plus sized".

I use a 32 oz bottle and I have to have my water ICE cold so I need the ice. By the time I'm down to the bottom there is no more ice left. I did it for awhile (just kept going back through the levels after the 30 days) and I would include a 30 min to an hr walk a day. Nothing hard, just a casual but brisk walk, just to get more cardio in.

Not sure but I've been wondering if I should change my activity level since I workout 6 days a week now. I am a stay at home mom though so other then my workouts, I'm not really active, unless you count chasing my 21 month old around? LOL But currently, I have my activity level set at low.

LOVE 30DS. I've run through the dvd probably 3 times now (tho I'm currently taking a break for a couple weeks to do more cardio) and I wasn't loosing the lbs very fast AT ALL.
