Like Slimquik, more for some of the balancing that it does. Watch it with the caffeine. I got the jitters bad one day because I went on a caff crave.

I am with the gang and outnumbered. My boys love the pull my finger trick. Thank you hubby. He has major gastro problems so it gets fun around here. FYI, they never grow out of it. This was the topic of my friend and I and her husband is mid-40's and they still think it is funny? I think it goes with the lets adjust…

Zyrtec, zyrtec, zyretc. I have wonderful allergies to dust, mold, pollen, hay, straw, etc. Take my happy pill and I am allergy free. I also ride/work with horses and the only time it is not fail proof is when I am either body clipping or shedding them out and all the gunk comes out.

I had two, right where they had put iv's in. If it hurts they will remove it. Both of mine went away within a couple of weeks.

And mmmmmmmm, fave body parts. I just got off working and will definitely have to check back with that one, but seriously, love the estrofest!!!!!!!

I figured if I added Connery to the list that I'd send me over the top, but yeah, add him to the list.

Him, Kurt Russell, Mel Gibson (I know a little cliche, but my god the eyes). I think it is that I have lived life and been ridden hard look. Add Sam Elliot to that cocktail and the stuff dreams and fantasies are made of!!!!!!!!!

I avoid the gym scales like I do the scales at the doctor's. No way, no how. I have seen a discrepancy in as much as 10lbs between them all. Granted it depends on what you are wearing and the time of day and yeah, month, but if you weigh in at home in the am, no clothes and all that, you normally will weigh less. Later in…

Depends what type of back problems you have. I have sciatica, but it is affected by compression and the stronger I make my core the better it is. I love to do a lot of my exercises on the ball and free weights along with machines. Depends on what you have available. You can also break up the strength training by doing…

One of my personal trainers was a body builder who was a certified p.t., and he told me up front that he could not discuss nutrition needs with me. The only thing he was comfortable telling me was that I had to get off the stick and eat breakfast. He was a phenomenal trainer and worked out a program that was great for me,…

I like your reality. Can I join you in your world! I want the weight I get if I put one foot on the scale and the other on the floor. I really like that number!

My dogs are the best. They love to go walking and can spell it now too. I started my puppy walking at 7 weeks (she is a year now). My husband loves to take them with him when they go on road marches. Best way to hold a 4mph+ pace. Just keep at it, their endurance will increase with yours. My least fave part, inevitably one…

I am with everyone else. Hang in there. If you are on b/c that may be contributing to the slowness. After my second and 6 months of bedrest, I started walking within 2 weeks and I watched what I ate and walked and exercised and I still only lost about 6lbs per month. If felt very slow, but the perserverance factor kicked…

Do a lot of work for your transverse abs. The more core work, the better.

I thought S'mores were healthy. Somewhere in some universe they have gotta be!!!!!!! Are you doing the real camping thing as in over a fire, or the kinda camping thing where you are cooking out of the winnebago in a/c? Always, grilled chicken, turkey burgers, turkey bacon or canadian. Tomato/cucumber salad tossed in…

You betta believe it. Every monday night and all the re-runs I can handle. Love the "House Marathons".

BC pills and the IUD made me gain weight. They do make a pill for hubby's. It is called pop an aspirin between your knees and refuse to let go until he gets snipped! or was that just me. Like everything, gaining weight on the pill or any form of bc is dependent upon your body. So far the list of things that make me gain…

I agree with the flexibility factor, but mostly when you feel a little sexier, those pheremones start going!!!!!!!

It is great when they are tuned to a channel you like. Military gyms aren't so nice as to get the equip with the tv built in, it is espn, espn2 and whatever sports channels there are. I love it at home though.

Considering some of your ummm comments, what kind've riding are you talking about?!? However, yeah, I did have a great time!!!!!!!!!!

If your chain of command is similair to Army, go see the OIC and file a complaint. I didn't have to for the doc's I was seeing, but for my husband's battalion who thought I was not really on bed rest, with my doc's note. A friend of mine just went through something similair. Finally got the right doc. I have chewed out…

We are military, so we are all neighbors on post at Lewis. My closest friend, who glares with me rides too. We were going to ride today, but her husband worked a 24 hr shift which nixed that idea. Your bay is a handsome boy/girl. Enjoy the ride.

My husband is from WI and then Chicago area and the winter we went up and it was 4 degrees and snowed almost 3' while we were there, well I told him I am so not living there. EVER. I actually don't mind the cold, as long as it is cold at the proper times - Dec-Feb and then starts warming up. We had snow in April and on…

PMS and insomnia. Luckily PMS is a 24 bad craving, insomnia is 3 nights out of 7 at least. I haven't broken down and eaten the house or the dogs yet, so I guess that is a good thing,.

Do your research. I have been looking at buying another one. The one I have currently is slowly but surely giving up the ghost. I'm not sure what you mean by too much money, but I have noticed that once you hit under $1000 you start getting mixed reviews. One possibility is Play it Again Sports. I checked into them, but…

Two of my friends up here are from CA originally and one loves the weather and the other sits with me, looking at the grey sky, sending serious messages to the sun god to please pay us a visit. It hit upper 80's today and everyone kept saying 'it's so hot" and I just looked at them and nodded and said "I'm just beginning…

I grew up in the age where there weren't a whole lot of "girl" sports other than softball, so I had horses and rode, but my parents got me into swimming. How long do you swim for? I get only about 30 min, but I break it up into power drills to maximize the burn.

Anybody else planning on spending a warm day with their 4 legged critters in Washington, or any area for that matter? I've been waiting for good weather and it's off riding I go!

I love to swim, swam competitively in my younger years. I try to get out and swim about 2x's per week. Hard to do with the kids and of course there is no daycare for the military pools. I love it for the all body workout. Muscles and cardio. Although, I remember all of our swim practices and can't believe I ever lasted…

Is he going through the I want to do all the fun things that make me a daddy, but OMG the realities are setting in. Odds are, there is a couple of friends doing the whole, "you're whipped", "you're not fun anymore" and being a guy, gotta prove the manliness factor. No one ever said husband training is easy, I am still…
