I love 30 Day Shred! I actually cancelled my gym membership as I've been more productive at exercising since I bought it! If you burn off it all with exercise you could end up starving your body! You actually burn calories naturally everyday by doing nothing, so you need to eat them back to survive, however like someone said above if you follow MFP and eat back the extra calories you burn with exercise you will be fine and start to lose…

To be honest the actual Christmas meal isn't the problem for me as not a great fan of Turkey (which we have)... It's the amount of alcohol consumed and snacks and choccies over the festive period that will up my calorie intake! But hey... when you haven't seen friends and family for nearly a year you need to enjoy yourself…

I doubt you are doing it wrong! I'm on day 8 of it now and just took it steady for first few days gradually increasing the effort I put in. Just make sure you follow Anita to begin with. Also make sure you fully stretch afterwards in the cool down. I find this helps to ease the aching the next day. The more you stick with…
