@lizbennet I can completely relate. I am battling this too and I HATE it. I love sugar and have been addicted to it (I believe) since I was a toddler. I have let go of the fake sugar. However now it is time to get rid of sugar and it is like I am morning the loss already. Day one and it is so hard!

nsv way to go man! I remember all the uncomfortable flights I have had. One of the main reasons I am working so dilligently on reducing my weight (other than my heath) is to comfortably fly again. I love to travel. i havent flown in almost 3 years due to my weight. BRAVO on your accomplishments!

Hi there. I am sorry you are having a bad morning. You hang in there. Your body is adjusting to a new way of being. Sometimes that takes a few weeks to start seeing the results in measurements and weight. Just keep on keeping on and come for support when you need it. Crying is okay too. :-)
