Sending an add your way! I'm originally a Michigan girl, but currently residing in Kentucky. I'm a former collegiate rugby player and work as a Certified Athletic Trainer at a small college. I'm battling back after 2 years in a row of leg surgeries, but still have that athlete mentality!

Hey there! I'm in a pretty similar situation as you! Except for me, it was a copperhead bite and multiple surgeries instead of a deployment. Close to the same end result though. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Remember, everyone has to start somewhere and you can't honestly expect yourself to change everything the first day, week, or even month. To be successful, you have to commit to a lifestyle change, not a diet. And that takes time, effort, and usually some trial and error. Don't punish yourself for being less than perfect.…
