I've not heard of that either - I started measuring when I stopped losing and I wanted to watch something decreasing! I measure at my natural waistline which is kinda at navel level

I find it pretty hard to get protein into my diet as I don't eat meat or fish so I'm interested to see if theere are any good tips..... I eat a lot of Quorn products and have added eggs into my diet too to try and top it up.

Hello, I spin three times a week so I try and do a shred or two on days inbetween. Did a double shred last Saturday - Level 1 and Level 2 back to back = it was a killer but it was worth it!! Done about 10 sessions at Level 1 and 1 at Level 2 so far - be time to try Level 3 soon!!! ARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!! :) Good luck!

Hello, Quorn fajitas - had them the other night and they are amazing!! One Old El Paso extra mild kit, some quorn steak strips and some salad, peppers, beans, lettuce and sour cream. Yum yum yum!!! I can fluctuate big time at this point - plus before MFP I used to eat waaaay more than I should that week too. I live in the UK and I have my firearms and shotgun licences. Had them for about 4 years. Nothing better after a bad day at work than going down the range and shooting the sh1t outta something!!! A target obviously :)

I've been struggling to fit 30DS in around my three spin classes, driving lessons and other evening things. I've found I use it as a top up about twice a week on days when I don't spin. Just use it however it works for you. Good luck!
