Hi there! I used to live in the Limousin so I can really understand the isolation you feel! My bestest mate in the world still lives there and has two young children. Since finding MFP I have managed to lose nearly 2 stone and it's been a good journey. People are really supportive and I quite enjoy logging the calories and…

A tiny bit of sweet chilli sauce goes a long way! I add it to loads of stuff to add a zing.

As a veggie too, I've never considered it a "problem", i just eat loads of lovely food but without meat. Easy! I agree with cowandmonkey - get some quorn, roast veggies with tomato sauce, yummy lentil curry, massive salads. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/recipes/vegetarian/ is great for veggie stuff…

Ouch. You have my sympathy. I had it for months, and it really hurt, mainly when I had been sitting still for a while or in the mornings. Sadly, rest from walking/running and doing some stretching exercises is the best you can do. Hope it doesn't last too long!

Definitely a BUMP! :-) Thanks!

Yep, I agree with Scoobie! I think I'll be having half a portion of chips in a buttie! That'll fill me up and sort out my chip craving!! I've worked out enough today to deserve it ;-)

I went back to an ex a couple of times after he cheated on me as I cherished the "friendship" we had and didn't want to give up on all the dreams I'd had about our future. The third time I walked away - it really hurt - but my true friends were there to see me through it and I realised he was no friend of mine and cared…

I did the same last weekend Cherry, though it was by no means a gourmet weekend! It was fry ups, pizza and beer as I had a weekend in a B&B in Cardiff as I went to watch the rugby. Had added 6lb when i got on the scales on Sunday night, and have dropped 4lb since then. It's great to know you CAN have a splurge and get back…

Just a thought, but there seems to be quite a lot of processed food, and not many veggies and fruit. Perhaps upping them and dropping the cheese and bread might help?

Me too! I'm in west Sussex, and thanks to MFP have lost 19lbs! Welcome aboard! :-)

I like it with pickled beetroot chopped up in it, gherkins, jalapenos, sweet chilli sauce and really like it spread on balsamic rice cakes. Not keen on adding sweet things at all. Also yummy with a bit of marmite mixed in... MMMM hungry now....

Wow, that's amazing! That certainly puts my 3 miles in 20 minutes to shame! LOL! It's just a great feeling to cycle to work though, especially now I've found a nice off road route part of the way, makes my day start so well! I'm always chuffed with myself! Keep up the good work and keep enjoying it!

Yep, interesting reading. Thanks for that!
