Sorry your knee is acting up. Hopefully the chiro will help. Just finished PT W3 Friday. Did not sleep well last night so my energy was shot and I didn't fully complete it. Hopefully next week is better.

LISS done. With zero energy but I'm glad I did it.

I call that fake weight. Mostly Bloat. Nicely done! Hard to believe it's been a month and I'm only on week 3.

PT Week 3 Monday done and my legs are jello. She really ramps it up this week.

Gained 2 lbs over the weekend because eating was out of control. Trying to rein it back in today. How is everyone doing?

I've been there. Many many times. Do something today. Walk. Bike. Something. Just move a little. Sometimes easing back in helps. Did the full workout today and am finally back after illness. Although eating has been way off today. Stupid chocolate.

Half done of week 2 Wednesday. Hoping to crank out the full thing on Friday.

So I hate germs. Pretty sure I caught my daughter's head cold now. So I'm calling this week a bust and will start week 2 over on Monday.

I'm starting to turn a corner and finally think I am going to survive this flu. Hopefully I'll be back to working out soon. Glad to see some new people!

Nice work! And congrats on hitting 20!! This week has been a bust. Fighting a pretty high fever right now. Hopefully I wake up tomorrow and feel better.

Welcome!! I have yet to do LISS today and might save it for Saturday thanks to a giant blister. Or maybe I'll walk barefoot on the treadmill. Hm.

I'm not either. I can definitely tell I'm stronger. Week 2 Wednesday is done and my arms are jello.

Great job sticking with it even with interruptions. I tend to get really off track if I miss a day. LISS done this morning outside while pushing the stroller. Felt good to walk outside instead of on the treadmill.

W2D1 done. Had a lot of interruptions thanks to the kiddos but got it done. I also somehow forgot to do the mountain climbers on one of the circuits but I guess the extra lunges make up for it. How is your Monday going?

Way to get at it on the weekend. PTing has Saturday as a recovery day so I stretched and took a walk to the library. Other than that I have been doing pretty well with my eating especially for a weekend. And dang you burned a ton of calories biking!

That makes sense. Plus Kayla has cardio built in. I did Full Body this morning. It was not my best. I was tired and still sore from M and W. But I got it done. Going to try and get some stretching done this afternoon.

Congrats!! That's awesome. I have started that about 5 time and have never made it past week 5. Stupid shin splints. Are you going to train for a 10k next?

Ha. Been there. I just finished day 1 of pretraining. After weighing and taking my measurements this morning, I decided to do the pretraining again since I have undone any progress I made in January. It kicked my butt so I think it was the right decision.

I'll be joining you. Still haven't decided if I'm doing the pretraining again or not. Congrats on C25K! That plus BBG is impressive!
