if you're sick, you're sick...you're body needs to fight off the germs and I don't think it can do it as quickly while working out...I could be wrong though. Hope you feel better...lots of fluids :)

Make sure you drink lots of water when you are eating lots of fiber. Water binds with fiber so it moves through your system much more happily :)

When my scale stays the same when I've been putting a good effort into losing weight I break out the tape measure. I bet you will notice a difference from the last time you measured! :) hang in there!

Each "type" of calorie takes a different amount of time for your body to breakdown and use. That is what I "think" I remember from the ol' Nutrition and Diet Therapy course I took several years ago.

I used hydroxycut several years ago and would not recommend it. Talk about a panicy heart! Anyways that's just my opinion...hope you like it here!
