I love carbs also! I don't really crave sweets all that much though. I have started my wii fit and love it! I also have children so when the weather is noce we love going on walks. I have also decided to start a gym tomorrow morning and I am so excited. I want a new me and I am determined to get it!!!

Take a pic of you andccompare it to previous pics. I think you are still in the mindset of how you look it's like your looking into a trick mirror where you don't see your real image. I Had the same problem but I looked at it that I was eating a lot less calories than I use to even if I did go over! Good luck and tomorrow is a new day, a new beginning! Enjoy!

I have a doctors shoals version of them. They are very comfortable and when I walk in them I can feel it in the back of my thighs and calves. I also feel it in my butt if I walk long enough or if i walk up hill alot! Hope this helps you out! :happy:

I usually get up and do something when I get the juncture and then when I am done with what I am doing if i am hungry still then I eat a snack. I usually try to get my kids to exercise with me. This is always fun! We love going for walks and they love exercising on my gym system. Get your kids involved!
