I'm in! I want to start layering in some other cardio exercise, so I'm going to aim for 60 miles this month. Today I walked 2 miles outside. 58 to go!

Did LS Just Walk 4 Miles today. That's all 20/20 of my goal for the final week of January. Yay! I'll be back for February!

I'm new to the group. Today I did the 3 mile express walk (with the stretchy bands).

I just joined this group, but I have long been a lover of Leslie Sansone's walk dvds. I love that I can work up a sweat without worrying about choreography. This week I did 18 (3-3-4-3-5) miles with her, so in the last week of January, since I'm late to the challenge, I will shoot for 20.
