DAAAAANNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG Great job!!

Well I am working out.. but I've dieted before and still lost and didn't exercise for awhile. I personally just feel better when I exercise. But there's nothing wrong with holding off.

Wonderful job!!!

I did WW back when it was regular points, and not the points plus. I LOVED IT. I only weighed 160 back then, but got down to 140 and looked great. Once it switched to PP, I hated it. MFP rules! That's all I'm gonna say :O)

Nope! Thanks. Have a wonderful and POSITIVE day.

Uh... seriously?

What's wrong with cardio? It's for your heart.. hence "cardio." Heart disease runs in my family and my doctor strongly recommends cardio for me. I throw in some strength training twice a week and I'm losing weight and getting stronger. And some people aren't ready to lift weights or can't afford gyms. I still see exercise…

I try to weigh stuff like peanut butter, almond butter, mayo, etc.
-
Clearly we have some scientists and doctors on this thread...........

Ooh I like that one a lot!! But do I want to spend $100 when I'm hoping to lose more weight? Guess I could sell it on ebay.
-
What size?
-
Tried here too.. didn't care for any :(
-
Tried Amazon. Don't like this one.

I have depression and anxiety, am very overweight, and once smoked. I was able to quit smoking by taking Wellbutrin (not for everyone tho..) I'm on medication for my depression and finally seem to be able to lose weight instead of gain. (I was taking Zoloft, then Celexa.. couldn't lose a pound if I tried). Now I'm on…
-
Paxil.... When I was on Zoloft I gained weight. When I was on Celexa, I gained. I couldn't get the weight off no matter how hard I tried. I'm now on Effexor and am finally able to lose. It's a slightly different class. And doctors will tell you these meds have no effect on your weight, but I beg to differ.

Awesome job! Hope I look that good when I turn 40.

I personally prefer water, but I don't do high intensity crazy workouts that would deplete my electrolytes.
-
Maybe lessen your cheating. I like the cheat "meal" option rather than a whole day. Or maybe do every other week. I know when I'd been doing really well for four weeks or so I ate a super greasy Mexican lunch and felt awful. Physically and mentally. I still allow myself crap once in awhile, but am trying to keep it to…

I always try to weigh myself the same time once a week. Typically first thing in the a.m. after I pee on Monday. Your weight will fluctuate a lot during the day.
-
Well you clearly know you didn't truly gain that much weight. Just get back on track and your weight will go back down. We all have bad days. (Well most of us anyway)... Don't let one bad ruin your motivation. I've had about 5 bad days in the past 2 months, but I keep on going.

Maybe asking him to completely remove these things from the house is a bit too much. Is there somewhere else he could keep it so you won't see or think about it as much? Try to find a compromise. Good luck!

Like thick heavy coats because it's so cold out? I used to hate coats too when I live in Illinois.
-
Just looked at Target.. what a load of crap. There is a plus sized section but I saw one rack.. Why bother? And it's mixed in with maternity.
-
I won't be involved in the next one. It's supposed to promote health and well being.. and the prize isn't even that great. Why starve yourself for money?
-
YES! Empire-waist dresses and shirts.
-
Too little to lose weight and get healthy?
-
100 to lose. Down 20 so far. I know my first 20 came off pretty fast, so I'm anticipating much slower results going forward. Slow and steady!
-
When thinner I had decent luck with ebay. Not as much now.

Decent plus sized jeans at thrift stores? I rarely see that. I think a lot of bigger girls like me typically wear our jeans until they can be worn no more.. lol I suppose though, there are the girls losing weight who get rid of the jeans they wore twice!
