If you're a strong person, and it sounds like you are, why can't you still enjoy spending time with them and just ignore the food? Let them shove their faces with garbage. You don't have to eat to be their friend or have fun.

I did Medifast for two days (assuming it's pretty similar). At the end of day two I was vomiting non-stop and had bloody diarrhea. Let's just say I couldn't continue on after that.

I would say change your original stats. You are definitely not in a sedentary job.

Everyone says 1200 is too low. However, I have not once felt too hungry or starved at 1200. I think some of my anti-depressant medications lower my appetite.

I'm not doing the TDEE or whatever. I'm hoping 1300 some calories is still ok here. My loss last week sucked.

Oh we JUST got him. Friday evening. I've just never experienced this much hyper activity with any dog we've had. Especially a senior! We're doing some toy fetching with him now to try and wear him out. He would probably fetch for hours if we let him.
