I think planning out your meals and snacks is the best way to have control over your 'diet" (I hate the word diet :grumble: ) And as for the weekend planning...you can do the same thing.. I found it to be useful to have the MFP apps on my blackberry to help me make smarter choices at restaurants, if I couldn't plan out…

I'll have to agree with Nikki. All gyms have personal trainers, and usually a few sessions are included with the membership. Have them set you up on a program, show you exercises. Gym classes are good too, they are a fun way to get a great work out while doing whatever - Zumba, Step, Kick boxing - all fun classes! Welcome,…

Try running on softer surfaces - track field, ground and not pavement.....Also doing shin/calve strengthening exercise will help the muscles and the bones to develop to support the pounding. Make sure you are always stretching before and after. Try to lay off the running and switch to elliptical or a bike to let your shins…

I love edamame - steamed with a dash of sea salt (perfect snack in front of hte TV), I also love fresh veggies...any and all veggies...but if I'm cooking them...i love to steam or sautee in olive oil. Hi there, I just started eating greek yogurt and I LOVE it! What I've been doing is making a yogurt parfait with Chobani yogurt in the mornings. 8 oz of plain yogurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, 1 bar of Nature Valley granola and a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it up. It's very tasty, around 300 - 350…
