I think as long as you add plenty of vegetables to your diet (not drowned in butter and sauce) and adding a small cup of healthy soup (barley mushroom, veggie medley)…

  • Well you have to take your BRM into consideration, that + your workout calories you burn...you may not be giving your body enough fuel and it's going into a "starvation" mode and storing energy as fat

  • I wouldn't do it. I tried it back in High School when it still had ephedra in it and had the worst side effects - insomnia, jitters, heart pounding....and i didn't take nearly what the bottle said to take. No magic pills exist, sadly. Diet and Exercise - Calorie Input vs Calorie Output is the only way!!!!

  • I make a southwestern type of salad - salad mix, tomatoes, cucs, avocado, black beans, veggie burger & salsa for dressing. veggie burger wrap - light flat out wrap, veggie burger, hummus, lettuce mix, sprouts mushroom barley soup (need a good container to avoid spills!) i'm still experimenting with this whole part time…
  • Yea their menu is not exactly diet friednly or vegetarian friendly for that matter... what about Evelyn's favorite pasta??? CF menu - Evelyn's Favorite PastaPenne Tossed with Broccoli, Oven-Dried Tomato, Roasted Eggplant, Peppers, Artichoke, Kalamata Olives, Garlic and Pine Nuts. Eat 1/2 and you should be a-ok.

  • I used to take the car/house key and loop it into my shoe laces, make sure to double knot!! I found the arm band to be the most handy for hte ipod, though the iPod shuffle was a lot more lightweight and just clipped on to wherever.

  • I think 135lb for 5'8 is very reasonable and healthy. It's not like you're trying to be 100lb at your height (which is what those girls on America's Next Top Model weigh). Don't worry about the ney sayers. you're doing great. Look great and will look great when you're at your goal weight :) Chin up!

  • I plan out my week of eating. All the snacks, meals etc. I do not keep food at my desk and only bring stuff for me to eat through out the day. I'm an EA so I know what you mean....boredom=mindless eating. I just bring in berries, veggies, fruit, yogurts, nuts....and drink plenty of h2o

  • bananas, may be making frozen breakfast roll ups ahead of time that you can nuke and head out the door, shakes. They have a blender cup that you can use on the go. Throw all the ingredients in, make sure the batteries are charged, blend and enjoy...no need for all that mess in the kitchen.…
